SHIPPING is a flat $6.00. FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $75.00 or more!

SHIPPING - All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. We will always try to process and ship orders as quickly as we can, usually within 1-3 days from time of order.

WHERE WE SHIP - We currently ship only to the USA. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Please make sure to double check you have put the correct address down on your order. If there is an error, please reach out to us as soon as possible to see if we can correct it before a shipping label has been printed. 

Once packages leave our facility they are in the hands of the US Postal Service. Any issues after we have shipped your order, is the sole responsibility of USPS.

If a package tracking says delivered, you must contact your local Post Office.

Lost packages must be claimed through USPS.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily accept any new, unworn product within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and handling. The shipping costs on the item(s) being returned/exchanged is not covered by Lola Gems. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
